What does that even mean? Well ask yourself, WHY? Why are you doing what you’re doing?
Why are you a lash artist? What do you love about being in the industry? Why did you start?
Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle and lose sight of why you ever started in the first place.
These are all questions we know but do we ask ourselves, remind ourselves, ponder often on what keeps us going at the core?
Although money is a huge driving force it is not what fuels us at the end of the day. Maybe it’s the relationships and connection you build from providing your service. Maybe it’s serving others in itself and being able to provide an uplifting transformation that makes women feel better.
Maybe you’re unsure yet and that is okay, you will find your niche and figure it out as you go.You have now given yourself the opportunity to do some soul searching. A good way to narrow it down is make a list. List all the things that you love or make you happy about your career. Then number them from least to greatest. You should now be able to pin point what things fuel you and keep your fire burning. Find what drives you and run with it.
Whatever the reason, make sure once you find it you hold on to it, let it keep you going and humble you.
Light the fire for your passion and perfect it.
Hone in on your skill and specialize in it.
Always strive for growth and never stop learning.
Try not to get to comfortable.
Never do/ allow the bare minimum and always show up!
Once you find your why you will be able to unravel your how and then what. Then get in the habit of continuously asking yourself, “does this the support the career and culture I am trying to create?”
Remember people are crazy enough to think they can change the world but WE are the ones who change peoples worlds. Let that be your WHY.
